Ok I really overate yesterday, resulting in my .2 lb loss :(
I really need to stay away from cereal...it's my number one binge food...totally evil!

2 egg whites 34 cals
1 piece low carb bread 60 cals
low carb ketchup 5 cals
coffee
3:00 PM
2 cups cereal 300 cals :(
7:00 PM
salad w/ no dressing 15 cals
1/2 cup cottage cheese 100 cals
lean hamburger with no bun 200?
one small piece homemade pizza 150?
total: ~ 864 ughhh i suck
DIET PLAN UNTIL I GET TO 135 (under 500 cals)
Breakfast: 7:00 AM
coffee
Lunch: 12:00 PM
2 egg whites - 34 cals
1 piece low carb bread - 60 cals
Crystal Light Lemonade - 5 cals
3 Hydroxycut
Snack: 2:30 PM
SF FF jello cup - 10 cals
Dinner: 4:30 PM
1 egg white - 17 cals
2 pieces low carb bread - 120 cals
w/ 1 TB whipped cream cheese - 30 cals
Crystal Light Lemonade - 5 cals
Snack: 7:30 PM
medium apple - 81 cals
total - 362 cals!
Also I will be doing the Total Body Sculpt with Gilad workout on FitTv everyday.
