So I'm gonna be posting everyday until I reach my goal weight.
Height: 5'6 ive grown!

I wanna get to my first GW by my birthday (May 19)
Intake:
3 egg whites w/ a few pieces of chopped tomato - around 50?
1 activia yogurt - 110
2 gummy vitamins - 30
mini babybel cheese - 70
lettuce - 10?
270 so far...
Exercise:
cleaning (lots of it!) moving furniture etc
Smart Water is awesome...if you don't like the taste of regular spring water try this stuff...it just has a really good taste to it

So today I'm doing a whole detox kinda thing cuz ive been sick and eating crap like ice cream, cake, pizza..etc...so for a couple days im gonna eat nothing but fruits and vegetables and maybe some egg whites for protein. I am also not taking Ephedra anymore because I saw this thing on TV about how bad it was and now I'm scared I'm gonna hurt my heart. I have also not had a cigarette in 2 weeks...no I'm not kidding. I'm sick of feeling like crap and I know all the bad shit I'm putting in my body is to blame. So I'm kinda feeling like crap already from the detoxing but I know within a couple days I'll feel amazing. I've been drinking ice water with squeezed lemon too. Let me just say....i love winsor pilates...i do it every other day now...just the beginner 20 minute one...next week im gonna move on to the advanced 50 minute one and add cardio. As for my weight, I haven't checked and I'm too scared to right now...lol...maybe in a few days. But yeah lets hope this detox works and I feel better!

so i've been doing REALLY well im so proud of myself!!! :) I will weigh myself in the morning when i wake up and post right after!! i've barely eaten anything and have been doing my pilates religiously...and i definitely feel thinner!
Today's Intake:
1 tangerine
small salad w/ no dressing
1/4 cup applesauce
a tiny bit of my moms chicken casserole...just to make it look like i ate something...it was really like a spoonful
and thats IT!
Today's Exercise:
Pilates - ab workout 20 mins
Pilates - bun & thighs 20 mins
Pilates - upper body 20 mins
Pilates - back 20 mins
Also I decided I want to go away to college for Veterinary Medicine, I'm so excited!!
Today's Intake:

Ok so i did really good today :)...i didn't eat all day except for a black coffee and then a tiny piece of steak and salad with no dressing for dinner...i also did all 4 of my pilates dvd's which is equal to 80 mins! i wanna weigh myself soooo bad but im gonna wait till thursday morning!!

I really need to stay away from cereal...it's my number one binge food...totally evil!

2 cups cereal 300 cals :(

total: ~ 864 ughhh i suck
